  What a disappointment after reviewing 5-star reviews to end up with Unit C-49. Anyone that does not want to experience mice, ants and roaches should make sure not to rent a unit with a wood interior and termite damage on the outside. The steel units shown on the website do not include a block of units that are clearly inferior. Customer service regarding the vermin did not exist and I was forced to relocate to another center that was a 100% improvement. I am flabbergasted that Spring Valley Storage Center has a 5-star rating when a nearby competitor is superior in all respects.
